Each month the Community Health Foundation would like to honor and recognize one healthcare employee who works in Kay County. Our healthcare professionals care so much for our community that we would like to give back to them! Nominees can work in any field (i.e. medicine, nursing, pharmacy, PT, OT, dentistry) and in any setting (i.e. hospital, clinic, medical office). The winning nominee every month will receive $100 in Ponca City Chamber Bucks and an article about them in the newspaper and on social media. If your nominee is not selected the month in which you nominate them, they may be selected at a later time.
