The Community Health Foundation awards funding to local organizations who provide community health education that supports the Foundation's mission of improving health in Kay County, Oklahoma. Applications for funding for community education are accepted on a rolling basis. Applying organizations must be in good financial standing and complete all parts of the application to be considered.
