Each year, the Community Health Foundation accepts donation requests from local organizations and agencies. The Foundation Board carefully reviews each request and approves them based on whether or not the request aligns with the Foundation's mission and values, the potential benefit to the community, and the fiscal responsibility of the applying organization.
