Do you have a program or project that will improve the health of Kay County?

​

The Community Health Foundation of Kay County is now accepting grant applications from organizations that are making a difference in our communities. Whether your work focuses on physical activity, nutrition, mental health, or access to care, we want to hear from you!

Each year, our Board of Directors invests local donor dollars back into organizations that are creating healthier communities throughout Kay County. Every application is carefully reviewed to ensure it aligns with our mission, demonstrates a meaningful community impact, and reflects strong fiscal responsibility.

Eligible applicants include:

• 501(c)(3) nonprofits

• Schools

• Government entities

• Other tax-exempt organizations

• Businesses with projects that improve community health

Application Deadline: August 15

After submitting your application, organizations will meet with our Executive Director to discuss their proposal, answer questions, and help our Board better understand the impact of the request before funding decisions are made.

Funding decisions will be announced by the end of September.
